Team Members: Meet the Team

Owner

While Buttondown Remodeling was started in 2018, I have over 20 years in the home remodeling experience.  In 2000, I left my hospital Vice President position to start the very successful Buttondown Construction and Remodeling in New Jersey.  In 2013, my wife got a job offer in Denver, and I said "How quick can I help you pack".  We sold our house and the business and moved to Parker.  Since 2013, I have worked as a project manager for several remodeling companies in Littleton.  After five years working in the Colorado remodeling business, I have the sub-contractors and suppliers necessary to start my own remodeling business.

In my remodeling career, I have renovated over 200 beautiful bathrooms, 100 exciting kitchens and over a 1,000 projects.

I am very hands on with every project.  I am on your project every day either doing the work myself or managing the sub- contractors.  On smaller and medium size projects I do the work. On larger projects, I use mostly sub-contractors to do the work. 

SUB-CONTRACTORS

An All Star Team

Team Members: Meet the Team

 My team includes a group of talented sub contractors selected from my prior  work in the Denver area.  It is an All-Star team.  They were selected based on experience, quality of work, customer service and cost.  All our sub-contractors have liability and the required workers compensation insurance.

I always utilize licensed electricians and plumbers.  In Colorado, only a licensed electrician and plumber can perform these trades.  The building departments all require that I list these trades on any permit.  Furthermore, a general contractors liability insurance will not cover electrical and plumbing work unless it is performed by a licensed electrician or plumber.
