Owner and Space Designer

I’m very good at designing interior rooms. I use a CAD program to design the space and show you how it will look in 3D. You benefit from my 20 years of experience in the remodeling business.

Cabinet Designer

I utilize the Home Clearance Center in Denver for cabinets. They carry 6 different lines of cabinets to meet your design preferences and budget. Kathy is the best kitchen designer that I have worked with in 20 years. She will help you select the cabinet style, colors, and finishes to meet your taste. She will suggest cabinet features that improve the kitchen function like incorporating pot and pan drawers.

Tile and Flooring Designer

I utilize a flooring company that works only with contractors and their customers. Typically I get a 40% off list price and I pass thses savings on to you. They have an excellent showroom with a very large selection of products from different manufactures. The design team is excellent and they will help you select both tile and flooring to meet your needs and taste.

Plumbing Fixtures

I get my plumbing fixtures from Rampart Supply. Alison helps my customers. They carry a wide range of manufactures to meet your needs. There are many options, well beyond just picking a faucet or tub from the aisle in a big box store.
